Transport Service is offered to all Law Enforcement agencies. Our transport units are fully equipped to transport the most hardened criminal. The following information will assist you in deciding if you wish our services.

All fugitives are / will;

1.  placed in orange transport clothing during the entire transport.
2.  have Leg Iron Restraints placed on them, except during Air Travel.
3.  wear waist chain, padlocked, handcuff restraints.
4.  be allowed a 10 minute rest stop every four hours during ground transport.
5.  not allowed to stay overnight, transport agents exchange rest / driver intervals.
6.  be fed appropriate meals, at approximatley 0700, 1200 and 1800 hours.
7.  not sit next to an armed agent at any time.
8.  be kept in seat belts with interior door opening safety engaged.
9.  not be allowed to make phone calls.
10.  not be allowed any tobacco products.
11.  be allowed prescription medicine, issued and ordered by the original release facility.
12.  be placed in a spit hood, should subject become unruly.
13.  not be allowed to wear shoes with strings.
14.  not be allowed to have jewelry or piercings.
15.  have a female agent during transit, if subject is female.
16.  not be transported with fugitives of the opposite sex.
17.  follow any other "WRITTEN" guidelines as required by the requesting agency. 

Every attempt will be made to minimize cost, by attempting to coordinate other scheduled transports, resulting in lower cost to all agencies.
